Participants don’t just learn in a classroom — they explore their strengths and interests through practical experiences: practicing money skills, following recipes with teammates, visiting community employers for job shadows and informational interviews, volunteering, and engaging in paid internships. Along the way, they build a professional portfolio, develop job-seeking skills, and gain confidence navigating the path to meaningful employment.
